Love the place, I will say though some of the food was pretty salty, but overall a great hangout atmosphere with friends or your significant other. The one in Cerritos is a lot more spacious.

Horataki salad....the veggies were fresh. The red onion was super chunky so it made me not want to eat it. The dressing had very little flavor. The olives were sliced so if there was a total of 2 olives in the salad, that was a lot. We had ordered the feta on the side, it came out in the salad. Our server realized she forgot to add to put on side. No worries though, there was so little feta in the salad that my husband was able to take it out without it being on my food.

I love the fact that all the food is prepared fresh & you can watch the various food items being prepared. You can take the plates from the lower conveyor belt or use the iPad menu to order whatever you like from the many menu pages. The food will come to you on the upper conveyor belt. There's also a page on the iPad keeping track of what has been ordered & delivered. The staff will make sure new customers understand how to remove the plates from their cover, how to dispose of the plates & how the iPad menu works. Food is delicious & I'll continue to go back. Get there early becuz there are long lines during main eating times.

Sushi here is good. The problem is the waiting time: in the peak time you might wait more than 1 hour. Besides that, I think it’s a good experience for children because every 15 green plates you win a prize.

Very yummy conveyor belt sushi. You don't need to spend a lot of time there. Generally dishes come out within 3 minutes. Seating can get crowded at times. I really like how you can try something new Midway through your meal.

We visited Kura on a Sat. afternoon in mid August. They do not take reservations, so we had used an app at their recommendation to book a table. We had a decent experience with their food options. I don't eat raw food, so I felt there was a lot of waiting around for the cooked items to circle around to our table, but the dishes that I did have were tasty. Definitely more options with raw items. If you're visiting Kura, it'll be a fun experience regardless of what you do decide to eat.

Fun revolving sushi restaurant with good sushi. The conveyor belt of sushi gets kinda empty if your there late and they don't tend to refill it, so you will need to order from the touch screen. The service was decent, but could use a little work.

Loved the style and price. Some sushi tasted a little out of fresh but i ordered sea urchin so ya know. Good place to get food and some beer at a good price. Booth seats are comfy too. Must check in before going!!

The wait time is non existent compared to their location in Little Tokyo. The food is always fresh and always tastes delicious. If you're looking for a fun sushi place, this is it.

Always a great choice for lunch or dinner. Solo, couples or family. After getting seated choose a drink and wait for a one of many tasty choices to appear on the conveyor next to you or order a fresh one from the touch screen. Seasonal and limited specials are in rotation all year round so best to keep updated on the rare and delicious items not available on a regular basis.I also use the App to check in early to avoid long wait times and sitting outside.

One of the best sushi experiences I've ever had. Loved the conveyor aspect. Sushi was delicious and not pricey at all. Definitely will be back.

This place has good quality cuts; great when you consider it's revolving sushi. Not only is there quality, but it's adorable per plate as well. If you eat 15 you also get a you from the vending machine above your seat and the conveyor belt. You can also order specific rolls and rice bowl that will automatically come to your specific seat on the upper conveyor belt. It's pretty great. I legitimately dreamed about it the night I got back home. Just being here made me happy

Always enjoy coming here. Great sushi. Great prices. Great staff. Make sure to check in via the app to avoid waiting forever, gets really busy here. With the app you’ll get notified when to come instead of waiting around for hours...

Sushi quality wasnt bad. Great price point if you stick to nigiri. I ate mostly Uni and Toro so definitely got my money's worth. Can get busy during peak times with extremely long wait times.

Food is solid considering the price and the type of restaurant. Went during slow times like I usually do, but this time the conveyor belt was nearly empty (see photo) which was a great disappointment and defeats the entire restaurant concept. Watching the sushi go by and deciding what to eat is more than half the fun!

Great place. Food is good, not too expensive. In addition to the usual conveyor belt, they have express conveyor belts that deliver your order to your table after ordering from the touch screen. Very satisfying. Get a reservation. Wait time can easily be over an hour at peak times.

Questions & Answers

Ricardo, Bro, they have some of the best freshwater eel rolls caterpillar, California with the eel on there, they got grilled eel, they got baked eel. They have a new item called the "Unagi Cup" its bomb-beezy fo-sheezy. Furthermore mr. Garcia, I'm not sure if you were aware that freshwater eel or unagi, is good for your virility and sexual health. Pay by plate

You can eat all you want but you pay by the plate

As Doug stated there is some there. A few good ones depending your preference.

Yes best for price and u can order it fresh too

It's an amazing sushi restaurant

And each thing has a different price and they charge by the plate some plates are $5 some plates are $2 some plates are $1 depends on what's on the plate some plates are $3 and what you eat so if you don't finish it you still pay for it

The waitress who are pretty attentive & do a great job serving drinks & anything else you need like assistance figuring out ordering or settling up the check... It's really a cool sushi joint that even has a lil gift for the kids if you reach 15 plates & its fresh tasty food with booths for the family & a bar setting for solo or a sushi & beer social ?

No, the plates star from $2.75 to $5.99 each little plates

250/plate most items. I would consider it a low budget sushi spot. But very great quality and tasting
